High technology and the scientific breakthroughs that enable the development of high technology are still connected strongly to human creativity. The human brain, which plays a major role in our understanding of the universe, does this by higher mathematics. Bilge Kaan Kezer’s professional life focuses on development (mathematically) of objective frameworks and processes which are necessary to enable systematically producing and applying innovation in high technology areas. To achieve this, instead of empirical methods that are often time compelling and usually including unnecessary costs, he designs R&D processes that rely on systematic knowledge creation and advanced mathematical modeling. The mathematical approach he utilizes can be described as cost-definition matrices and improving factors matrices structured upon higher-order logic (HOL).
